• Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
• Final payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery.
• Any additional services requested later may incur extra charges.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate details of goods and destination are provided.
• Remove all valuables, cash, documents, and fragile personal items.
• Obtain required permissions, parking access, or building approvals.

5. Prohibited Items

CRC Packers does not transport hazardous, illegal, perishable, flammable, or prohibited items. Any loss due to undisclosed prohibited items will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Insurance & Liability

Insurance coverage is optional and applicable only if requested in advance. Without insurance, CRC Packers’ liability is limited as per industry standards.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

CRC Packers is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once the service has started.

9. Claims & Complaints

Any damage or loss must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
